
Gladeo exists to break down barriers and create more inclusive career opportunities for teens and high school students. But their primary platform—their website—wasn’t keeping pace with their mission. It lacked clarity, didn’t fully reflect the brand’s energy or purpose, and made it difficult for students to quickly grasp how Gladeo could support their career journeys. With a growing focus on social engagement and long-term digital expansion, Gladeo needed more than just a new design—they needed a stronger content strategy, clearer user experience, and a roadmap for future growth.
We reimagined their digital presence from the ground up. Through stakeholder interviews and collaborative strategy sessions, we identified and streamlined the site’s structure to make it easier for this social-first audience to explore resources, engage with content, and understand the value of the platform. We refreshed the brand’s visual language to feel more inspiring and student-friendly, tightened the connection between web and social channels, and developed a forward-looking digital roadmap to support Gladeo’s mission well into the future.
Annually, 700,000 youth now use the platform to inform their future career paths.
